I joined Vistra in January 2017 and was surprised by the accessibility of everyone within the organisation, including senior managers and directors. I also find Vistra offers a great work-life balance. Our team in Amsterdam works hard to provide excellent service to our clients, but also enjoys spending time together outside the office as well. Vistra was also extremely supportive during the recent Covid-19 pandemic, and provided tailor-made solutions for colleagues to facilitate working from home. All of these things combined, make Vistra a unique and great place to work.
How have you grown and developed at Vistra?
Right from the start, Vistra gave me the opportunity to develop my skillset. With support from my managers and team, I was able to connect with clients from day one. The trust and guidance that has been offered to me, has resulted in significant professional growth. The work is very diverse, and there is always an opportunity for you to focus on something that you are interested in or passionate about. Basically the world is yours at Vistra - if you put in a lot of hard work and dedication, and are eager to learn, you will make significant progress within a short period of time.
What Vistra value resonates with you the most?
As a senior relationship manager, I often need to work closely with a lot of different colleagues and teams in order to accommodate client requests. Working together as One Vistra, combined with open and transparent communication is key to making this happen.
