Pooja has been with Vistra since September 2016 and is currently a GRC Manager based out of our Dubai office.

Pooja possesses a unique blend of expertise in business development, operations, and managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance for financial services firms. With nearly a decade of experience in asset and investment management, she has represented esteemed organizations such as Tata Asset Management and ING. Pooja's proficiency extends to developing and integrating compliance, AML/CTF, and risk management frameworks for various regulated financial services firms, accumulating over a decade of experience in this field. Moreover, she has successfully managed license applications for conducting financial services operations in the DIFC and ADGM, demonstrating her extensive knowledge of these domains.

Pooja is a seasoned Governance, Risk, and Compliance professional with over 2 decades of experience in Financial Services. Pooja has achieved dual master’s degrees i.e.  Master of Commerce along with MBA with specialization in Finance. She is also an International Diploma holder in Governance, Risk & Compliance from the International Compliance Association and holds various other certifications.

Pooja’s native language is Punjabi and Hindi besides being fluent in English.
