Pete joined Vistra as Managing Director of Reading, UK office in 2016. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY in their UK Audit & Business Advisory team and co-founded Nortons in 1993. Pete led Nortons International Business and was CEO of NIS Global, their international association of accounting firms until Nortons were acquired by Vistra in 2016.

He works primarily with growing businesses that need help to set up and run overseas operations with particular focus on US technology and life sciences sectors. His clients range from start-ups to public companies, as they expand internationally into UK, Europe, Asia, LATAM and other territories.

Pete is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and holds a Bsc in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter.
