Perry is a financial industry expert with more than 20 years of experience in corporate administration. His focus has predominately been the onboarding, establishment, and ongoing administration of corporate vehicles along with the management of teams of corporate administrators. He is well versed with the Cayman Islands regulatory requirements ensuring compliance, best practices, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Vistra, Perry worked in various management roles with other leading financial services industry experts in the Cayman Islands, BVI and Hong Kong.
Perry is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands.
