Leigh joined Vistra as a Senior Manager of the Hong Kong Private Wealth team in February 2020 after which he was promoted to Associate Director and is now the Hong Kong Private Wealth Team Leader.

Leigh began his career in the legal industry, working for a Jersey based law firm while reading Law at Lancaster University where he attained a bursary to study the Legal Practice Course (Solicitor of England and Wales) at the College of Law in Bristol, after which he returned to Jersey in 2012 to commence his career in finance. Initially Leigh started out in the compliance department of a large global fund house before moving to a small privately owned trust company’s compliance team. Enjoying the trust aspects of the work, Leigh made the transition into trust administration and management in 2014 where he gained valuable insight into all levels of trust administration in the well-established and regulated jurisdiction of Jersey, before relocating to Hong Kong in 2019.

Leigh is a TEP, has the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, STEP Certificate in Foundations, STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes and an LLB form the University of Lancaster. His native language is English and is a member of STEP and the Hong Kong Trustees’ Association (HKTA).
