Karen is our Chief Delivery Officer responsible for Vistra’s global delivery network, business operations, and driving operational excellence. She joined Vistra in 2024, following the merger with Tricor, where she was Chief Enablement Officer, and became a member of the Executive Committee in July 2025. Throughout her career, Karen has led business transformations, strengthened operations, and fostered continuous improvement cultures. She has implemented process improvement and quality initiatives that enhanced performance delivering lasting impact for clients. Before joining Vistra, Karen held senior leadership roles at Tricor, LRQA, and SAI Global leading large-scale transformation programmes and complex integrations across global teams. Karen believes the best results come when people feel empowered and equipped to improve how work gets done. She is passionate about developing high performing teams, creating a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and learning.
