Diana R. Eusse joined Vistra (formerly Radius) in May of 2014 in the Global Compliance team. Diana moved to the Client Services team at the end of 2014 and from that point she has managed a multimillion dollar portfolio within Vistra’s Corporate Services with an emphasis in international expansion.
With over 15 years in international finance, Diana has played a key role in all phases of planning in fast growing environment, participating in projects that cover areas such as global accounting and reporting support, transaction services, and compliance, among others. She is also skillful in establishing and improving processes and reporting systems for international and domestic subsidiaries with excellent experience in leveraging cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
Diana's career also includes positions in multinational grant management and Global Financial Planning and Corporate Accounting with software, retail and renewal energy industries. She is a team leader with expertise in strategic management, operational readiness of international legal entities and ERP and accounting systems integrations. She has managed the International division's financial plans, segment P&L’s and regional/corporate G&A amongst other areas.
Diana is originally from Bogota, Colombia where she grew up between her family ranch and the city. For this reason, every time there is free time, Diana goes out and spend time with horses, farming and outdoor living. She has lived in the Boston area for over 20 years and New England and Montana are her favorite places in the United States.
She has studies in International Finance, Political Science and a MBA with an international business/finance concentration. Diana is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
