David joined Vistra’s office in the United Arab Emirates in October 2021. He leads on alternative investments and corporate with responsibility for driving business growth in these sectors across the region.
David built a career in investment promotion spanning several decades and including assignments globally. Most recently he was Co-Chief Investment Officer at Bahrain Economic Development Board where he was also part of the team that founded Bahrain Fintech Bay. Previous engagements included investment promotion for Invest Hong Kong in Europe and for the Welsh Development Agency based out of the USA.
David is an MBA graduate from the University of South Wales.
