David brings over two decades of experience to Vistra, with a significant focus on the private capital markets across key financial hubs such as London, Luxembourg, the US, and APAC. Over the course of his career, David has over 15 years of expertise specifically within the private capital domain.

Throughout his career, David has held prominent positions in Senior Finance and Operations roles. Notably, he served as Finance Director at the highly regarded private credit firms, HayFin Asset Management (London) and Metric Capital Partners (London). David's multifaceted experience also extends to seven years in Senior Sales roles for iLEVEL (London) and CEPRES (US).

More recently, David has showcased his leadership abilities by heading Lionpoint's Private Market Advisory Practice in the Asia-Pacific region. His diverse background encompasses a deep understanding of financial operations, best-in-class operating models and the latest technology to support the private markets, and a successful track record in sales within the private capital sector.
