Damian is our Chief AI & Digital Officer, joining Vistra in April 2026. 

He leads the acceleration of Vistra's capabilities as a Digital Technologies, Cloud, Data and AI-powered professional services organisation, strengthening client experience and global connectivity. Damian is responsible for building high-performance strategic services, harmonising global operations, and building modern platforms that elevate the customer journey to unlock business value. 

Damian has 20+ years of large-scale technology and digital transformation expertise in highly regulated, global organisations. He’s worked in various global banking technology roles, led several startups and previously held the role of a CTO of Silicon Valley-based SaaS S&P and Fortune 500 company. Before joining Vistra, he was Global CIO for Seaco, where he led the modernisation and scaling of enterprise technology capabilities.  

Damian is a Certified Senior Professional in AI Ethics and Governance and holds an EMBA from Nanyang Technological University. His leadership in AI and digital innovation has earned him multiple industry accolades, including Transformational CIO of the Year. 

UK-born and a proud Singaporean, Damian is based at Vistra's global headquarters in Singapore. An active advocate for technology innovation, he mentors startups across the Region and regularly delivers keynotes, industry talks to help organisations navigate technology and cultural transformation so they can adapt and solve industry challenges.
