Khai Juat joined Vistra Singapore in October 2018 as Managing Director, Corporate Services, Corporate and Private Clients to lead the Corporate Services business in the country. 

Khai Juat has over 35 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, payroll, client services, and held senior positions across multiple sectors, including professional services, manufacturing, logistics, and a number of publicly listed companies.  

Before joining Vistra, Khai Juat held a number of leadership roles in professional services firm TMF Singapore. Starting off as the CFO and Head of Clients Accounting, Tax and Payroll department, she was one of the pioneer staff and was responsible for expanding the clients accounting, tax and payroll department which grew from a team of 15 to 120. Khai Juat was later promoted to Director and subsequently Director, Client Services where she also oversaw the company’s Corporate Secretarial Services business. 

Khai Juat has also made outstanding achievements in her various roles before TMF. She was instrumental in getting electronic company Tru-Tech Holdings Berhad listed on Bursa Malaysia, the Malaysian Stock Exchange in November 1994. Sitting on the company’s Audit and Remuneration Committee, she also managed its issuance of Redeemable Unlimited Loan Stocks with warrants, Rights and Bonus issues in addition to other corporate exercises in the listed entity. 

Khai Juat holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Humanities from University Sains Malaysia and a Master in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. She is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Practising CFP.
