Charlotte joined Vistra in 2020 and is responsible for driving growth in the UK Corporate division at Vistra Group. With her dedicated team,  they work with many high-growth technology and pharmaceutical companies, multinationals, and global private equity / VC funds and their portfolio companies.

She has specialist knowledge of the corporate sector, with a particular focus on supporting businesses with the expansion of their operations to new markets internationally, Global Entity/SPV Management, M&A/Carve-Outs and Global Payroll. Charlotte works across multiple client profiles including corporates, multinationals, private equity and family offices.

With over 20 years’ experience creating and leading business development activities within financial and professional services firms, she has spent most of her career engaging with corporates, family offices and intermediaries to support their commercial growth. Charlotte’s career has taken her to numerous countries spanning firms including Allen & Overy, Baker McKenzie, Grant Thornton and Citco, and most recently Intertrust Group.

In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys cooking, travelling to far-flung regions of the world and listening to opera. She is also an avid hockey player, although these days plays in defence rather than midfield!

Charlotte speaks English and conversational French.
