Casper was appointed as Head of Escrow and Settlement Services in June 2022. He is both commercially and operationally responsible for Vistra’s escrow and settlement business. Casper has been tested for reliability and suitability by the Dutch Central Bank and his appointment as director of Vistra Escrow and Payment Services B.V. was approved in June 2022.

Casper joined Vistra in 2015 as Corporate Lawyer, in which role he was responsible for the good legal standing of several client entities in the corporate clients sector. In 2019 he was promoted to relationship manager Capital Markets, becoming overall responsible for his own portfolio of client entities/special purpose vehicles active in the Dutch Capital Markets Sector (mainly ABS, RMBS, trade receivables finance transactions and prepayment/offtake structures). Simultaneously he set up Vistra’s escrow and settlement business, including supervising the associated license application procedure with the Dutch Central Bank in order for Vistra to operate as a Payment Service Provider.  

Casper holds a Master’s degree in corporate law. 

His native language is Dutch but he also speaks fluent English.
