Carmen Oliver

Carmen is SVP Human Resources based in Vistra's Reading, UK office. She leads our HR Consulting and Payroll businesses.

Carmen has 25 years of HR and payroll managment experience within Technology, Retail and Financial Services sectors. She joined nortons in 2000 to develop HR services for the US client base. She works with head office executives on their international people strategy advising on all aspects of HR and Employment for the UK, Europe and Asia.

Carmen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development - Thames Valley University. She also has a qualification in Adult teaching.

Carmen's native language is English.
