Bryan joined Vistra as a Tax Director in August 2022. In his role he heads up Vistra Ireland's Tax & Advisory team.

Bryan has over 20 years working in Irish taxation. He trained as a tax advisor with RSM Robson Rhodes which later merged with Grant Thornton in 2005 and then subsequently joined a boutique international tax advisory practice, Lacey Consulting, providing corporate tax services to a significant portfolio of established private and public companies in several industries. Bryan later honed his income tax advisory offerings in global mobility and, in private client work whilst working for leading UK firm, Safferys as they opened up their Dublin based practice.

Bryan heads VISTRA Ireland’s tax team which is responsible for all tax matters which affect Irish company and individual clients. This includes but is not limited to corporate tax services for clients with Irish tax compliance requirements. This extends to corporate tax advisory and planning, corporate restructuring, global mobility services including income tax advisory, gift and inheritance tax planning, Irish personal income tax compliance services as well as financial services advisory for VISTRA’s securitisation and aviation clients.

Bryan is a Fellow of the Institute of Irish Taxation Institute in Ireland and received his professional qualification whilst working with RSM.
