Anthony was originally in the Army but left to become a solicitor after 6 years of service. He qualified and worked at City firm Ashurst Morris Crisp, and then Charles Russell LLP. He moved to Bristol in 2007 working as a corporate solicitor at Bevan Brittan and Veale Wasbrough Vizards.
Anthony has significant experience advising on a wide variety of corporate law matters, including M&A, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, investments, corporate structuring and re-organisations. He has previously been noted as a “leading individual” in the legal industry directories Legal 500 and Chambers.
Anthony holds a current practicing certificate as a solicitor in England and Wales.
