Our response to COVID-19

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues, Vistra remains committed to providing our clients with excellent service and to balance this value with the need to ensure employee and client health and safety as we all work through the coronavirus pandemic.

Vistra offices around the world are taking active measures to minimise service disruption, including activating business continuity plans across all its global offices in alignment with local government guidelines and directives, cessation of business travel, and implementing flexible working arrangements, such as work from home and weekly team rotation schedules.

In these uncertain times, it’s even more important to exercise operational resilience with our clients in mind.  Our IT systems enable our teams to continue to serve our clients securely and seamlessly through remote access.   We also embrace cutting edge technology to reduce risk, increase data security and digitise outdated processes wherever possible.

We will continue to monitor the latest developments around COVID-19 and provide updates as needed.  Should you have any questions or need any support, please contact us.

The coronavirus pandemic has affected countries around the globe. To control transmission, most have imposed various travel restrictions. These have affected short- and long-term business travel and will continue to create new challenges for travellers and their employers for the foreseeable future.

With countries beginning to emerge from the shadow of the pandemic, Navita Yadav, Vistra’s Global Head for Capital Markets, assesses the pandemic’s impact and examines what might lie ahead from a capital market perspective.
