As HR&Payroll Assistant you will be cooperating with our experienced Hr&Payroll Specialists and supporting them in their daily duties in order to gain experience and knowledge necessary for your further development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily support to the HR & payroll department
  • Setting up and keeping personal files
  • Support in preparation of HR & payroll documents
  • Support in keeping records of holiday requests and sick leaves
  • Setting up accounts and inserting personal data of the new employees in the database
  • Generating various documents for the employees
  • Administrative assistantce such as copying, scanning and posting of letters

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Previous professional experience as an assistant will be a merit
  • Willingness to develop in the field of HR & payroll
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and dilligence
  • Communication and teamwork skills
