Work closely with Group Marketing to execute plans/activities in line with the overall marketing strategy for South East Asia
Co-ordinate editorial meetings and assist with content research, drafting, editing, production, translation and proofing of all marketing collaterals , ensuring all collaterals adhere to the company brand guidelines
Produce, co-ordinate and track e-marketing mailings, providing follow up reporting
Monitor and update content on company websites, intranet and social media sites
Liaise with external local contacts and identify opportunities for content publication, radio/TV slots, public speaking opportunities, etc.
Assist to draft and manage marketing budgets
Key Responsibilities
Assist the SEA offices with corporate entertainment, seminar, conference and sponsorship initiatives
Co-ordinate marketing activities sponsored by different countries and product lines, and create diary of events/transparency of activities
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all marketing programmes are executed in an efficient and timely manner
Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications and other requirements
Presentable and articulate
Excellent communicator
Resourceful with good connections
Ability to work as part of a team and can work independently and under pressure
Strong attention to detail and good proof reading skills
Strong copywriting
Good project management skills and multitasking skills
Strong administration and organizational skills
Willing to travel across SEA
At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience in corporate services, banking, finance or wealth management
Previous work experience with multinational or in a multi-brand environment is preferable
