Vistra is recruiting a Payroll Administrator for its Amsterdam office. As Payroll Administrator you are responsible for the payroll-administration process and related administrative tasks for our international clients. You are the first point of contact for our clients. You work in a timely, structured and accurate manner, process financial and confidential transactions and resolve ad-hoc issues. 

As Payroll Administrator you are part of a team and you report to the Senior Manager. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing the monthly payroll for our international clients; 
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of the work in accordance with Company procedures and client requirements;
  • Set-up payrolls for regular clients collect payroll input data from clients and put data into Nmbrs payroll software. Run payroll report from software. Cross check data from report using manual payroll calculations;
  • Processing salary splits and shadow payrolls. Other checks for complete client portfolio such as salary norm 30% ruling;
  • Preparing payments in banking system.

Qualifications and other requirements

  • MBO/HBO Payroll Administration;
  • Approx. 5 years of working experience;
  • Preferably experience with Nmbrs (HR and Payroll Software);
  • Experience with 30% ruling/expats;
  • Up to date on tax, labour- and social laws;
  • Extensive knowledge of pensions;
  • Very experienced with MS office, especially Excel;
  • Excellent Dutch and English verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good command of the professional language (also in English).
