Seminar: How transparency initiatives affect you when dealing with clients

There has been a steady increase in the amount of disclosure required by individuals and corporations, both domestically and in their international dealings, as well as increased disclosure requirements by third parties. How does this global trend affect your personal and corporate clients and what additional disclosures could be required?

Join us at the “Living in an increasingly transparent world” seminar organised by the International Business Structuring Association (IBSA) in Hong Kong on 3December 2018 where Joe Cheung, Managing Director, Corporate & Private Clients of Vistra Hong Kong will share insights on the reporting and disclosure comparisons between Hong Kong, the BVI and the Cayman Islands as well as possible future disclosure requirements.

Other speakers at the event include James Parker, Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright who will speak on the legal issues and practical compliance aspects affecting intermediaries and companies, and John Timpany, Partner at KPMG, who will talk about the potential tax planning implications and possible implications when dealing with the IRD.

This seminar will be of interest to anyone who advises corporations as well as high-net-worth personal clients.

Drinks and canapes will be provided. The event is complimentary and open to all professionals. To register, please click here.
