This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. You will operate in a busy business unit assisting a wide range of UK and Overseas clients with the incorporation of new UK companies. You will provide support in compliance onboarding for clients subscribing to annual services in order to obtain the relevant client due diligence required to satisfy Jordans regulatory requirements. The role will require the candidate to support customers and to handle communications from professional clients and to actively promote and sell additional annual services to clients at point of sell.

Key Responsibilities

• To deal with client enquiries in respect of the creation of new UK companies and to ensure that all new enquiries are dealt with promptly and are entered onto the CRM system as appropriate, working with the Senior Manager or Associate Director where necessary;
• To act as a client contact point, taking instructions for incorporations, change of names and other associated products and services provided by the Company Formation Centre of Excellence;
• To actively promote and sell additional services to clients at point of sell;
• To review clients’ preliminary instructions and advise on the client due diligence requirements in accordance with the latest money laundering regulations and ICAEW procedures;
• To complete the appropriate take on form for all new cases where annual services are required, undertake appropriate KYC reports on the various parties and submit to the Senior Manager or Associate Director for review and sign off;
• To raise invoices for work performed, receiving funds in advance as and when required;
• To arrange for the notarisation and legalisation of documents where necessary;
• To arrange for other ad-hoc work as required by the client, including assistance in opening bank accounts, preparing powers of attorney, declarations, issuing membership certificates and preparing first board minute documentation;
• To pass completed and approved UK files to the Corporate Governance and Accounting Service departments for ongoing administration;
• To assist with user acceptance testing of system developments so far as it relates to Company Formation, including testing and data clean-up, as required;
• To play an active role in developing customer relationships, including a Key Account Management programme, to participate in other marketing initiatives and to promote the services offered by Jordans and the wider Vistra Group generally

Qualifications and other requirements

Qualifications and other:

•Educated to degree level - ideally Business studies, Accounting or Law degree due to the technical aspect of the role
•Previous experience of working in a professional services environment - minimum of 1 to 2 years
•Experience of Account Management
•Experience of using a CRM system


•Strong administrative and customer service experience
•Excellent IT skills - Word, Outlook, Excel and CRM systems
•Good communicator, comfortable with interaction at all levels
•Able to work to tight deadlines, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail; following processes through to completion
•Integrity, honesty and confidentiality
•Self-motivated with a methodical approach to work
•A team player but self-starter, able to work on own initiative, practical and resourceful
•High degree of personal flexibility to support the business units
