We are currently looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager with a strong interest to drive high impact and differentiated marketing campaigns to support and increase our Alternative Investments division brand equity in the marketplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build effective partnerships with the business to maximise collaboration and support the growth and development of the Alternative Investments (AI) division via its marketing strategy
  • Support and coordinate the development and delivery of the annual marketing strategy and activity plan for the division 
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase AI brand awareness and generate high margin demand
  • Work closely with the Communications and Digital teams to drive compelling core marketing messages and value propositions
  • Drive and utilise marketing tools and client relationships management software (Sales Force) to measure and track results of integrated marketing campaigns that translate information into strategic and insightful recommendations
  • Guide, manage and report on performance for all AI brand strengthening initiatives including content marketing, webinars, events, partner channels, sponsorships and others
  • Support the maintenance of the division community intranet siteSupport the maintenance and delivery of the AI collateral suite, including the delivery of RFP, credentials and pith documentation (working with the Business Intelligence Unit)
  • Develop a high-level understanding of the key products and services provided by the AI business division.
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the Industry business landscapes including sector insights, regulatory changes and emerging trendsSupport the lead Marketing Business Partner for the AI division and handle any ad-hoc assignments as allocated

  • Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably across all organisation levels
  • Strategic thinker who can adapt in an ever-changing and fast growing environment
  • Highly self-disciplined and proactive individual who can deliver quality output against tight timelines· Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a generalist marketing preferably in financial or legal services.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a dynamic, multi-cultural and matrix-management environment
  • University degree holder preferably in Marketing or related disciplines· Good knowledge of MS Suite
  • Professional proficiency in written and oral English· Any capabilities in additional languages will be a bonus
  • Demonstrate agility and flexibility with strong collaboration skills, while being adept at overcoming internal barriers and constraints to deliver successful outcomes
