Vistra welcomes announcement of DCSX trading platform.

Vistra has welcomed the news that the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX) will be launching a fully integrated trading system within the next few months.

Vistra (Curaçao) is approved as a Licensed Listing Advisor (LAD) to the DCSX. The exchange has now announced that the new trading system, providing multi-asset class electronic trading and order matching software for brokers, exchanges and traders, will be fully operational in November.

Gerard Jan van Spall, Managing Director of Vistra (Curaçao) NV, said: “We are delighted by the DCSX’s announcement. With Curaçao’s excellent infrastructure, we have several licensed DCSX brokers connected to the trading platform and they will be ready to serve our clients once trading commences. It is once again proof of Curaçao’s determination in not only strengthening and refining its financial system but also diversifying its product offering to our clients.

“The DCSX have said that the new platform will enable the local financial industry to serve both local and international issuers of corporate and government-owned bonds, funds and equities. As a global independent provider of trust, fiduciary, corporate and fund services, Vistra is perfectly positioned to use the trading platform to serve our clients around the world, which will also support the DCSX in strengthening Curaçao as a finance centre.”
