Office       Warsaw (Corporate Services)

As an Accountant you will be reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for Vistra's services independently and also according to Supervisor's instructions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive keeping of the accounts, in accordance with regulations and Vistra’s guidelines
  • Communication with offices
  • Preparation and submission of monthly CIT and VAT returns, as well as other necessary documents to the authorities, in accordance with regulations
  • Sorting and booking of documents
  • Preparation of the chart of accounts, if necessary
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual management reports and financial statements, in accordance with international standards and internal requirements
  • Preparation and submission of annual tax returns, in accordance with regulations
  • Assistance in accounting and tax audits
  • Handling of ongoing correspondence and communication with Clients
  • Cooperation with other departments in order to assure proper quality of services for Clients
  • Efficient take-over of accounting records from previously used accounting systems, including the entering of opening balances and previous transactions
  • Filling in timesheets and work time evidence
  • Ad-hoc projects as required and requested by the superior

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Academic degree of Accounting or Finance
  • Very good business English (both written and spoken)
  • Chinese on at least B1 level
  • Polish on at least B2 level
  • Other foreign language, Spanish or German, will be a merit
  • Word, Excel, Outlook
  • 1-5 years of independent, practical experience in accounting and tax legislation (CIT/VAT/PCC/The Accounting Act.)
  • Knowledge of MSSF will be a merit
  • Analytical skills, teamwork skills, time management skills
