As Vistra Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will be the first line of contact for our customers as well as internal clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls, taking down messages, responding to questions and directing callers to appropriate parties as necessary
  • Providing a high quality internal and external client service
  • Providing supplementary and catering support in meetings as requested
  • Monitoring conference room reservations and making reservations
  • Organizing business trips and accommodation
  • Co-ordinating translations
  • Contributing to process improvement of the company
  • Providing support on departmental projects as requested
  • Supporting appropriate service line clients
  • Inputting data into companies database

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Very good proficiency in English
  • Organizational and client service skills at a proficient level
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel
  • Familiarity with the operation of standard office equipment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Communicate professionally and constructively  
  • Experience in administrative work
  • Precision and diligence
