Manager Company Secretarial

  • To manage a team providing corporate, registered office and company administration services to a portfolio of Jordans’ clients
  • To assist your team to build up good working relationships with those clients and to develop an understanding of their requirements ensuring that their needs are interpreted precisely and responded to correctly

Key Responsibilities

  • To train, manage, and develop the “Key Accounts” team
  • To work with management and staff to identify cross sell and up sell opportunities
  • To manage a portfolio of Key Accounts

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Educated to degree standard/Paralegal Qualification/ICSA Qualified or a minimum of 2 years work experience in corporate governance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels. Foreign languages would be an advantage but not essential
  • Experience in providing services to clients, both in person, in writing and by telephone
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Computer literate
  • Capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Experience managing a Company Secretariat team is essential
  • Experience of administration in a high-volume environment
  • Good at working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Able to deliver excellent attention to detail
  • Good at working under pressure with numerous deadlines
  • ICSA / CILEX qualification desirable but not essential
