HR & Payroll Assistant

As a HR & Payroll Assistant you will be cooperating with our experienced HR & Payroll Specialists and supporting them in their daily duties in order to gain experience and knowledge necessary for your further development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day support of the HR & Payroll team
  • Setting up and keeping personal files
  • Assistance with preparation of the HR & Payroll documents
  • Support regarding vacation and sick leaves record-keeping
  • Help with administration of the HR & Payroll system (i. a. setting up accounts for new employees, personal data entry, generating HR documentation)
  • Copying, scanning and sending documents

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Polish on at least B2 level
  • Previous professional experience as an assistant will be an asset
  • Motivation to develop in the field of HR & Payroll
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Accuracy and dilligence
  • Communication and teamwork skills
