Corporate Recruiter

As Vistra in-house Corporate Recruiter, you will be conducting the recruitment processes for our offices in Poland. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting processes
  • Searching and selecting the best candidates
  • Sourcing of passive candidates
  • Phone and face-to-face interviews
  • Participation in job fairs and other company’s events
  • Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Qualifications and other requirements

  • 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the finance/accounting industry
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and crucial challenges related to recruitment and HR area
  • Very good English is a must
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Goals orientation
