ACSA becomes Vistra.

Today, Monday 2nd June 2008, ACSA, which was acquired on the 2nd April 2008, has finished its rebranding as Vistra and thereby completed a further step in realising Vistra’s acquisition strategy.

ACSA’s dynamic team of ten people fits perfectly with the Vistra ethos, which aims to be Truly Global, Truly Independent and Truly Personal, putting our existing and new clients at the centre of everything we do. Moreover, the rebrand will strengthen and develop Vistra’s corporate image and brand recognition among the Cypriot trust and corporate services industry.

Vistra is proud to have a full operational presence in Cyprus and the group expects to benefit from the high service levels that ACSA’s experienced professionals are accustomed to providing to their international corporate client base.

Arjan Schaapman and Adriaan Coppens founded ACSA in 2005 after recognizing the tremendous opportunities that Cyprus could offer to the international business community, especially after its accession to the EU. The pair built ACSA into a successful business that was well known for its personal approach and long-standing expertise in international fiscal structuring and corporate services.

It is important to note that ACSA’s client relationships will not be affected in any way and the whole team will continue to provide the same services as before the acquisition by Vistra. However, the company will now be able to benefit from Vistra’s global presence and international reach.

Today, Vistra is active in 10 jurisdictions and employs 200 staff. In the coming months we will further strengthen our resources, acquiring new businesses and continuing to develop new services.
