Vistra wins Private Equity Wire ManCo of the Year European Award and completes acquisition of Super ManCo Kroll

Operating in Luxembourg, Kroll fully separated from its parent company in August 2024 and has now received regulatory permission from The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) to merge with VFM.

As a Super ManCo in Luxembourg offering an expanded licensing portfolio, VFM now has the capability to manage all AIFMD investment strategies and UCITS, including both liquid assets (long only and hedge) and illiquid assets (private debt, real estate, private equity, and infrastructure).
