Vistra opens an office in Dublin

We are pleased to announce that Vistra now has a presence in Dublin.

Ireland is recognised in Europe and around the world as a major inward investment location. The favourable legislation with regard to transfer pricing combined with a historical low rate of tax at 12.5% (one of the lowest corporate tax rates in the EU) make Ireland a key location in international tax planning.

Ireland has an extensive double taxation treaty network which provides for no or reduced withholding tax on interest, dividends and royalties paid or received in the country.  In addition Ireland has preferential tax regimes in place for regulated collective investment funds and securitisation vehicles.

Our office in Dublin is able to provide the full range of corporate services.

For further information please contact Sean Murray or call +(353) 1 665 59 99.

The Vistra Hong Kong opening party celebrating the Groups first office in Asia, recently held on 7th May, was very well attended by around 300 people. Guests enjoyed a lot of mingling and networking, good food, plenty of drinks and some great entertainment. The atmosphere was very relaxed and -most important- everyone enjoyed themselves from the early start until the very end.

This very successful networking event was an ideal opportunity for Vistra to develop and strengthen business relationships with attending senior members of the Hong Kong business community, including lawyers, bankers, accountants and other international trust and corporate services providers. It enabled our Group to reaffirm its position in this market.

Vistra Hong Kong is able to provide a full range of company formation and management services. In addition the office is offering a comprehensive range of advisory, trustee and outsourcing services, including tradetreasurypayroll and accounting services.
