Vistra acquires Biz Latin Hub, strengthening its Latin American presence and driving growth in the Americas
This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Vistra, further extending its reach into Latin America which is fast becoming one of the world’s most dynamic and strategically important regions. The move builds on a longstanding partnership between Vistra and BLH, who have successfully collaborated for many years through an affiliate arrangement delivering robust client solutions across the region.
This deal follows Vistra’s recent acquisition of iiPay, positioning Vistra as a top four market leader in global payroll.
