Vistra Singapore Achieves STEP Accreditation

STEP is the worldwide professional association for those advising families across generations; promoting best practice, professional integrity and education to over 20,000 members across 95 countries from a range of professions, including lawyers, accountants and other specialists.  

The process of achieving the accreditation involved a comprehensive application process led by Vistra Singapore’s HR department and Christine Tan, Executive Director, Trust Services. 

Christine Tan commented on the accreditation: 

“It is an honour to have received accreditation as a Gold Employer Partner of the STEP Employer Partnership Programme. As a STEP member myself, I have experienced the support that Vistra provides towards the ongoing development of both STEP students and members, which as a result has created a very accommodating and encouraging atmosphere to develop in within the company. I look forward to continuing to grow our relationship with STEP and congratulate all those involved in earning Vistra Singapore this accreditation.”

Vistra has had a long standing relationship with STEP not limited to Asia. In November 2014, Vistra Jersey was successfully awarded Platinum Employer Partner accreditation and was one of the first two firms to be recognised on the programme.   Jenni Hutchinson, Head of Employer Partnerships for STEP Worldwide, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Vistra Singapore to the Employer Partnership Programme and would commend them on the support and guidance provided for both STEP students and members within an encouraging and progressive learning culture.  We look forward to working with Vistra Singapore and to welcoming other members of Vistra group to the programme in due course”.

Receiving accreditation as a Gold Employer Partner of the STEP EPP is a huge achievement for not only the Vistra Singapore team but the entire Vistra community. Vistra’s ongoing support and commitment to STEP is a globally led initiative that aims to have other Vistra jurisdictions gain accreditation with the body in the near future.
