Nortons has Rebranded to Vistra Following Acquisition

Following the acquisition of Nortons Group (“Nortons”) by global administration and corporate service provider, Vistra, Nortons has now rebranded to Vistra.

Nortons was acquired by Vistra in February 2016 due to their expertise in supporting companies with their expansion abroad. As part of the Vistra brand, the Nortons teams will have a leading role in the international management and development of the Vistra International Expansion service line.

Nortons advise that apart from the change in name, they foresee no changes to the services provided to their clients. In the long term, this next step in becoming part of the global Vistra family will bring existing and new clients significant added value, as operating under one brand will result in a stronger service offering and geographical presence.

Under the Vistra name, the Nortons teams will remain in their offices in Reading, UK, and Redwood City, California.
