Mergers & Acquisitions: How to make acquisitions and operate in China

Vistra will be hosting a seminar with the support of DutchCham and BLCC, titled ‘Mergers & Acquisitions: How to make acquisitions and operate in China, on 6 June at Vistra’s Hong Kong office.

China continues to be a growing market, and mergers and acquisitions (M&As) involving Chinese companies, be it outbound or inbound, are of increasing interest. However, cultural differences – mindset, management practice, and way of doing business, may come into play, affecting what could potentially be a successful cooperation. The event is set to put light on the cultural differences, challenges, and solutions of doing business with China.

Donald Tsang, Corporate & Private Clients Director of Vistra Hong Kong, will be a speaker at the seminar, along with Jan Bogaert, Corporate Partner, Stibbe, and Patrick Yip, International Tax Partner at Deloitte.
