Vistra is recruiting a Trust Corporate Administrator. You will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of client entities comprising of Trusts & entities (Authorised companies, BVI and foreign entities). You will be required to interact internally with the various teams at the Mauritius office & other Vistra offices and externally with the regulators, banks and clients


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Trust Manager by delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients.
  • Be proactive and provide prompt, excellent and professional trust and company administration services
  • Ensure that clients’ data base is kept up to date along with clients’ records and accuracy of data being captured in the appropriate system
  • Conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and company structures
  • Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects or matters

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Partly/ fully qualified ICSA or a degree in Management, Law and Finance
  • At least 2 years of trust administration experience or relevant experience
  • Min of 2 years’ experience in handling a portfolio independently
  • Develop and maintain adequate technical knowledge of trust and corporate structures
  • Detail oriented able to work with minimum supervision in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic; professional and approachable
  • Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work to tight deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Inquisitive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Quick learning ability to new systems and operational procedures
