Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall technical training programs of Hong Kong office across divisions, supporting multiple lines of business
  • Consult with key stakeholders to determine how training can best support business initiatives and impact results
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify specific skills/knowledge required from key stakeholders
  • Responsible to identify outcome based objectives, training contents, delivery methods, etc. based on training needs analysis
  • Establish processes to monitor results of training sessions and collect feedback to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and management team to implement training program improvements
  • Manage and communicate any changes in scope in a timely manner
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on training programs effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • 8 years of experience in managing technical training projects in a global organization
  • Managerial experience will be an advantage
  • Measure performance against goals, evaluate results, and hold respective parties accountable
  • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneousl
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including but not limited to the ability of stakeholders management across divisions
  • Manage the development of technical training content
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially in PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is preferred
