Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming calls
  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office at the front reception area
  • Receive/ sort daily mail, deliveries, couriers
  • Monitor security by following procedures (monitor visitor registration, issue visitor badges)
  • Co-ordinate and manage booking of meeting rooms
  • Facility management issues as and when needed
  • Ad-hoc admin functions

Qualifications and other requirements

  • 1+ working in relevant role
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft office and enjoy multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
