Office Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Report malfunctioning of office equipment
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues when necessary
  • Assist to set up company events
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Minimum 1 years relevant experience. Candidates with HR and admin experience are preferred.
  • Form 5 or above
  • Strong sense of responsibilities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Punctual, responsible and hardworking
  • Friendly, proactive and outgoing personality
  • Previous experience in working with expatriates will be highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent Mandarin is preferred
