Key responsibilities

  • Administering all aspects of a portfolio of 75 to 100 clients with Singapore companies
  • Main point of contact: Coordinate with BPO (i.e. the engine room in Malaysia) and CoE (ie. the Centers of Excellence in Singapore) to delegate and monitor assignment of work such as:
    • Responsible for the efficient day to day management of all client affairs in accordance with the terms of the appointment including the maintenance of all relevant Company records within the portfolio
    • Ensure delivery of a quality service for all clients assigned and responding promptly and proactively to client queries, keeping other members of the client handling team advised of progress
  • Service Quality: Client retention and attrition prevention
  • Developing close professional relationships with clients and advisors to ensure long term, profitable relationships, being attentive to client needs and concerns and maintaining client confidentiality
  • Cultivating professional relationships with professional advisers and service providers to enable the possibility of further referrals of business
  • Maintain effective control over priority work flows and create timely diary reminders
  • Providing day to day support to team members, immediate manager and the Director when necessary
  • Signing routine correspondence (including emails) in accordance with Vistra policy
  • Liaising with clients and advisors on a regular basis by telephone, email or directly at meetings
  • Ensuring companies in portfolio are compliant (internal and statutory)
  • Realize cross selling / upselling opportunities

Qualifications and other requirements


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines and able to recognise and respond to risk situations 
  • Curious and desirous to learn about the services Vistra delivers and market in which Vistra operates
  • Able to solve problems, work independently as well as a member of a team
  • Desirous to build a career in client relationship management

Special Skills

  • Good presentation and client oriented. Good networking contacts and abilities
  • Good understanding of the general principles of company law, company administration and stays up to date with appropriate legislation and professional standards

Relevant Experience

  • At lest 2 - 4 years relevant work experience in a similar position or with a professional services firm

Minimum Education

  • Degree holder, preferably in law, tax or accounting


  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
