HR Generalist (12 months contract)


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
• Arranging and attending interviews for non-managerial positions to offering
• Review of recruiters’ agreements and Vendors’ rates

HR Operation
• Provide daily operational HR administration support
• Maintain and process transactions pertaining to employee’s life cycle, e.g. on-boarding, confirmation, leave administration, off-boarding, etc.
• Maintain sound filing systems and compliant for staff and administrative documents (P/File, Adhoc letters etc)
• Leave management
• Handle insurance related matters, submit insurance claims and follow up on payment
• 1st reviewer to the Assistants’ work
• Providing ad-hoc management reports when required

Projects
• Involve in HR projects instructed by the HR BP / Senior HR Generalist


Qualifications and other requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience doing full spectrum of HR
• Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Management or equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge of HRIS an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High professional integrity
• Strong communication skills
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Independent and self-motivated
• Self driven
• Pleasant and positive mind-set
• Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast pace environment
