Vistra is recruiting a Client Services Manager. You will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of client entities. You will be required to interact internally with the various teams in the Mauritius office & other Vistra offices and externally with clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the timely on-boarding of clients by performing KYC/AML checks as applicable in accordance with policies and procedures in place.
  • Provide support and coaching to staff during peak periods and maximise their potential
  • Liaise with clients/front office/compliance as part of the KYC process
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with internal and external clients
  • Assist in preparing monthly statistics/KPIs for Senior Management
  • Comply with company policies and procedures and adherence with relevant administration procedure manuals.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects or matters

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Partly/ fully qualified ICSA or a degree in Management, Law and Finance
  • At least 3 years’ work experience performing AML/KYC checks/ reviews in the offshore sector
  • Capability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to simplify complex issues
  • Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Must be able to easily grasp and comprehend AML risks and develop tailored KYC searches accordingly
  • Strong work ethic; professional and approachable
  • Quick learning ability to new systems and operational procedures
  • Strong team player
  • Familiarity with capital market/ fund structures would be an added advantage
