Associate, Trust Administration


Key Responsibilities

  • Primary 80% Trust Administration and 20% Trust Relationship Management
  • Efficient administration of trust and company accounts to maximize fee income/profitability and to meet allocated revenue budget
  • To provide prompt, excellent and professional services to clients so as to maximize time-cost fees, further injection of assets and cross referral of business to other Group’s entities
  • To maintain Group’s internal control and audit standards
  • To ensure that all new and existing accounts are maintained in accordance with the Group standards and procedures
  • Other ad hoc project or matters

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of trust experience or applicable trust administration experience
  • Minimum Degree Holder • STEP Foundation / Diploma qualification would be an advantage
  • Proficient in trust administration and operation of trusts • Computer proficiency in MS Office Applications, including MS Outlook
  • Viewpoint knowledge
  • Fluency of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and liaison skills
  • Professionally presented
  • Excellent record keeping skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • High level of self motivation, independent and strong business development sense
  • Good client-focus
  • Proactive team player
