Associate, Treasury Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and review of bank payment instructions
  • Opening and closing of bank accounts
  • Execute changes to Bank account details inclusive but not limited to change of authorized signatories, company name and address
  • Oversee bank statement review process
  • Trade Support documentation
  • Liaison with Financial Institutions and/or clients on Financial Institution’s queries
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts and or Client’s Money Account
  • Reviewing work of junior or new hires

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Diploma/degree in banking, finance or accounting preferred
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in same capacity
  • Independent, self-motivated and energetic team player
  • Computer literate and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive, committed and with pleasant personality
  • Possess analytical and problem solving skills
  • Remain focused even with repetitive tasks
  • Preferably experience in banks or service providers
