Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support of corporate secretarial work for offshore companies
• Ensure corporate regulatory compliance with offshore jurisdictions and prescribed DDKYC

Qualifications and other requirements

• Minimum “O” level or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience preferably in corporate secretarial field
• Entry Level candidates from Poly / Uni are welcome
• Proficiency in MS Words and Excel
• Internet applications e.g. Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook etc.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English Language are essential.
• Able to write Chinese and communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin is an added advantage in order to attend to Chinese clients
• Be a team player in contributing to the firm’s success
• Be results-oriented and have a “can-do” attitude
• Good time management and organization skills to meet challenging deadlines and conflicting priorities
• Energetic, self-starter, strong sense of team work
• Fast worker who must be able to provide quick turn around response with accuracy
• Ability to organise and prioritise work with minimum supervision
• Willing to learn and able to work independently for new exposures
• Possess a flexible and proactive attitude
• Be able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Team player with high level of confidentiality and integrity ethics
• Meticulous attention to fine details
• Strong sense of commitment, responsibility and priority
• Polite and patient
