Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of payment
  • AML/ KYC
  • Prepare capital calls and distributions, including notices and release merged documents to investor
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Maintaining up to date investors’ data in system
  • Manage internal workflow to ensure internal processing and client deadlines are met.
  • Work with the accounting team regarding client deliverables such as financial statements, capital calls and distribution notice
  • Maintain working relationship with all clients contact
  • Assist manager in ad-hoc client or internal project
  • Assist manager in client special request

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Finance Accounting.
  • ACCA qualification will be an added advantage
  • Have an understanding on payments
  • Have knowledge on KYC processes
