Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for portfolio management of clients including replying to client’s query
  • Handle full set of accounts which includes payroll , GST return and managing client’s cloud based accounting software
  • Handle unaudited financial statements and XBRL
  • Assist in handling treasury and banking functions such as inward and outward remittances and routine operations for portfolio of clients
  • Responsible for portfolio billing and collection
  • Creating and maintaining records in View Point system
  • Liaise with finance department in booking of business revenue
  • Any other task under the direction of the management

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Finance and/or Accounting or an equivalent qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge on application of international accounting standards 
  • Knowledge of MYOB computer software preferred
  • Knowledge in payroll administration preferred
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong technical knowledge of SFRS and XBRL reporting
  • Computer proficiency in MS office/excel applications
  • Fluency of spoken and written in English, Malay and Chinese
