Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide recruitment support by assisting the team in managing the end to end process
  • Liaise with department heads to identify manpower needs and develop corresponding sourcing strategies
  • Develop effective recruitment channels and source external vendors to attract potential hires
  • Enhance employer branding through participation in careers fairs and marketing activities on social networks
  • Manage candidate database and source effective recruitment channels
  • Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications and other requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience of hands on experience in a pure recruiting role, preferably from an agency
  • Degree holder
  • A strong internal client service focus with highly developed communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Strong business acumen coupled with a sound understanding of the commercial context of professional services and financial services industries
  • Ability to work in an agile and ambiguous environment
  • Highly motivated individual who takes ownership of their work
  • Professional fluency in written and oral English with a good command of Cantonese and Mandarin is MANDATORY
