Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of simple resolutions for exit clients
• Assist in billing and collection
• Provide administrative support to the offshore corporate secretarial team
• Receptionist duty (as and when required)
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications and other requirements

• At least 1 year of company secretarial experience in multi-national companies or professional firms
• Diploma, in any discipline
• Candidates without qualifications, but have relevant experience may apply
• Pursuing relevant professional qualifications will be of advantage
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Application
